This privacy policy describes how CreatorBag collects, uses and protects the personal data of its users. We collect the data you provide to us directly when creating your account, such as your name, email address and billing information. We also collect technical data related to your browsing.

When you connect a social network to your account, we access only the information strictly necessary to schedule and publish your content.

Data is processed in order to provide and improve the service, manage your subscription, ensure the security of the platform and respond to your support requests.

Subject to your consent, certain data may be used to inform you about our new features and offers.

3. Retention period

Your data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Billing data is retained for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for CreatorBag as well as technical providers acting as processors: Hostinger (hosting, within the European Union), Stripe (secure payment processing) and PostHog (audience measurement).

These providers are selected for their security guarantees and use your data only within the framework of the instructions we give them, in accordance with the GDPR.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
