Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions under which CreatorBag makes its subscription services available to the user. They set out the respective rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of usage licenses.

Any subscription to a paid plan constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, which the user acknowledges having read and understood before confirming the order.

2. Pricing and payment

Subscription prices are stated in euros on the pricing page. As CreatorBag benefits from the French VAT exemption for small businesses, these prices are net of tax — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. CreatorBag reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that new pricing will apply only to renewals occurring after it takes effect.

Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe). Payment is due immediately upon ordering, then at each monthly renewal date.

In the event of non-payment, access to premium features may be suspended by operation of law until the situation is resolved.

3. Term and renewal

The subscription is entered into for the initial period selected and then renews automatically for successive periods of the same duration, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.

The user may cancel the subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of amounts already paid.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer user has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription.

To exercise this right, the user sends an unambiguous request to contact@creator-bag.com; the refund is processed under the conditions provided by law. Where the user has expressly requested that the service start immediately, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed.

5. Liability

CreatorBag undertakes to provide its services with due care and in accordance with best practice, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted availability of the platform. CreatorBag shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from use of the service.

The user remains solely responsible for the content they publish and distribute through the platform, as well as for compliance with the rules specific to each connected social network.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with ordinary law rules.
