These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the CreatorBag platform. They apply to any user upon account creation and for the entire duration of their use of the service.
1. Access to the service
CreatorBag provides a platform for managing and scheduling social media posts. Access to the service requires the creation of an account and a working internet connection.
Certain features are reserved for holders of an active subscription. CreatorBag reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance or improvement purposes.
2. User account
The user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating their account and to keep it up to date. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any activity carried out from the account is deemed to have been performed by its holder. In the event of unauthorised use, the user shall inform CreatorBag without delay so that the necessary measures can be taken.
3. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable regulations. In particular, they must refrain from distributing unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
The user ensures compliance with the terms of use specific to each third-party social network connected to their CreatorBag account.
4. Intellectual property
All elements making up the platform, including the brand, logos, interface and source code, remain the exclusive property of CreatorBag and are protected by intellectual property law.
The user retains ownership of the content they create and publish through the service. They grant CreatorBag a licence limited solely to the technical exploitation necessary to provide the service.
5. Liability and availability
CreatorBag implements reasonable means to ensure the continuity and security of the service, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption or error.
CreatorBag shall not be held liable for any malfunction attributable to a third-party social network, to the internet or to an event of force majeure.
6. Changes to the terms
CreatorBag may amend these terms in order to adapt them to legal, technical or commercial developments of the service. Users are informed of any substantial change.
Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
